The Academy of Hockey is dedicated to being the premier development destination for hockey players and coaches. Our staff provides hockey players with a structured program that encourages and motivates each individual to reach their highest playing potential. Every player, family and coach has a goal in mind; it is our belief that the development path for each person is unique.
Our Process, Your Journey
Each player, parent or coach has the same goal in mind; to compete at the highest level possible. At the Academy of Hockey, we know that no two players go on the same journey throughout their playing careers. While every player needs to master the same skills and techniques, each player has their own, unique, path to follow. It is our goal to facilitate that journey and help players achieve their ultimate success.
The Academy of Hockey will take a “skill” not as a whole, but by the Basic Building Blocks that make up a technique. From there it is our mission to help a player layer one block on top of another, and another, until a complete player comes into view. Once this is achieved, we can start to apply these skills to game like scenarios.
